Returns and Refund Policy


Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase. Any products that have been completely or partially installed will not be accepted as neither a return or refund. Any product marked as a ‘Special Order’ product will take longer to ship, and will not be refundable or returnable under any circumstance once purchased. See text box above the quantity selector on the product page to see if your item(s) are considered, ‘Special Order’. Any order placed using a coupon code, during a sale, or taking advantage of any discount will be refunded the amount charged, not the normal retail value. Purchases using a gift card will be refunded the charged amount in the form of another gift card, not cash. Gift cards themselves are not applicable for a cash refund. Shipping costs are not included in the refund and must be covered by the customer. To complete your return or refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase upon return or refund request. If item is being returned due to it being damaged, we will require pictures and/or video of the damaged item prior to the return or refund being processed. Please do not ship your item(s) back to the return address unless specifically told to do so by a TurnStyle employee.


In the unlikely event your item(s) came damaged, immediately take pictures & video of the damaged item, and fill out the refund/returns form below with the media attached. You will be receiving a email from us with further instructions once we look over your form submission. A refund/return form must be filled out accurately within 48 hours of receiving the order, otherwise the order may be subject to a refund/return denial. If your order came and it’s missing parts, please fill out the refund/return form with a detailed account of what’s missing from your order. The refund/return form must be filled out within 24 hours of receiving your package, otherwise your order may not be approved for a refund or return.

Special Order Products

Any product marked with ‘Special Order’, is a special order product from our distributor(s), and undergo a different shipping & returns policy. Most special order products are made to order, meaning you should expect longer then normal shipping times. Any and all special order products are 100% non-refundable after purchase, and cannot be cancelled. All special product order sales are final. By checking the required checkbox on all special order products, you agree to these terms and conditions.
