Not Familiar With What CARB Compliant States Are?
The term CARB refers to the California Air Resources Board, which was setup to create policies during the 1960’s to combat air pollution within California. Since then, many other states have adopted similar policies to help deal with pollution created by vehicles. With there currently being multiple states with the CARB policies, you should always double check what you’re purchasing, and if it’s been deemed CARB compliant. Below we have listed the said CARB compliant states, however there are states transitioning to a CARB compliant state, so please keep yourself constantly informed and updated on your state as our list may not be 100% up to date.

If you reside in a CARB compliant state, you are more then welcome to purchase any product(s) on our site that aren’t stamped with the ‘Non-Carb Legal’ disclaimer. This disclaimer simply says “Will not ship to CARB states.” on the product page. Alternatively, you can view all of our non-CARB compliant parts, here. If you do happen to purchase a product containing said disclaimer, we can change the shipping address or offer a refund on that particular product.
