This Chase Bays 240sx VQ JZ Clutch Line is designed for those who want to eliminate engine bay clutter, improve engine bay aesthetics, improve pedal feel, and/or adapt a new transmission (if applicable). This is a FULL replacement one-piece line from clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder. Other lines offered just replace the soft line between the stock hard lines. This one-piece design eliminates potential leak points and simplifies installation compared to using two separate lines. It’s also typically made from higher quality materials for improved durability and a longer lifespan.

It is made using a high-quality -3AN stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, PVC coated line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder. Chase Bays‘ PTFE Teflon inner core hose is specifically chosen for its durability. Manufactured from DuPont’s Type 62 fine grade resin, it boasts a slick and low-friction surface for optimal fluid flow. A 304 stainless steel wire braid adds an extra layer of strength and protection against abrasion. This combination gives the hose a burst pressure of a whopping 9000psi, ensuring it can handle the pressures of even the most demanding driving conditions. Furthermore, the PVC coating offers an additional layer of protection against environmental elements. The good news is that the hose’s chemical resistance is so broad, it can withstand virtually any fluid you might encounter under the hood, for a truly secure and long-lasting performance.
