We have never met anyone who likes HICAS! For the newer chassis that are electric it’s easier to remove, but for the early 90’s chassis it was horrendously integrated into the power steering pump. This Chase Bays Hicas Delete Power Steering Pump Block Off is designed to block off the inlet / feed and outlet on the back side of your HICAS Power Steering Pump in an extremely clean manner so it can function as a normal pump. The inlet / feed is blocked off with our Viton O-Ring and Block Off Plate…while the outlet is blocked off with a threaded port plug and crush washer.

Fitment:

  • ALL S Chassis Power Steering Pumps w/ HICAS
  • ALL R Chassis Power Steering Pumps w/ HICAS
  • ALL Z Chassis Power Steering Pumps w/ HICAS

IMPORTANT you have to open up the back side of the pump and remove the veins from the HICAS side or your pump will explode when it’s blocked off.
