Chase Bays Clutch Line – S13 / S14 / S15

Description

This 240SX Chase Bays Clutch Line is designed for those who want to eliminate engine bay clutter, improve engine bay aesthetics, improve pedal feel, and/or adapt a new transmission (if applicable). This is a FULL replacement one-piece line from the clutch master cylinder directly to the slave cylinder. Unlike other lines that only replace flexible section between the stock hard lines, this line provides a complete replacement for a cleaner, more reliable installation. The 90º Banjo fitting on one end securely attaches to the clutch master cylinder, while the Straight Banjo on the other end connects to the slave cylinder. This eliminates any potential leak points that could be present with a two-piece line. Additionally, a one-piece design offers improved durability and resistance to wear and tear, reducing the chance of failure over time. This can be especially important in performance applications where the clutch system is under increased stress.

It is made using -3AN stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, PVC coated line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder. Chase Bays PTFE Teflon inner core hose is manufactured from DuPont’s Type 62 fine grade resin, 304 stainless steel wire braid. The hose has a burst pressure of 9000psi. It is chemically resistant and virtually unaffected by all commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, hydrocarbons, solvents, synthetic compounds, and hydraulic fluids. More than half of those will hopefully never be on your car, hopefully!
