Description

This Chase Bays E46 JZ Clutch Line is designed for those who want to eliminate engine bay clutter, improve engine bay aesthetics, improve pedal feel, and/or adapt a new transmission (if applicable). This a FULL replacement one-piece line from clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder. Other lines offered just replace the soft line between the stock hard lines. It will still route through the grommet in the trans tunnel. 

E46 JZ Clutch Line Fitment:

• BMW E46 w/ W55 on 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE (including VVTi engines)
• BMW E46 w/ W58 on 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE (including VVTi engines)
• BMW E46 w/ R154 on 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE (including VVTi engines)
• BMW E46 w/ V160 on 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE (including VVTi engines)
• BMW E46 w/ V161 on 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE (including VVTi engines)
• BMW E46 w/ AR5 Transmission on 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE (including VVTi engines).

It is made using -3AN stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, PVC coated line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder. Chase Bay’s PTFE Teflon inner core hose is manufactured from DuPont’s Type 62 fine grade resin, 304 stainless steel wire braid. The hose has a burst pressure of 9000psi. It is chemically resistant and virtually unaffected by all commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, hydrocarbons, solvents, synthetic compounds, and hydraulic fluids. More than half of those will hopefully never be on your car (hopefully).
